Ticket2u Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the ticket2u platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

To access the full range of ticket2u services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
- Ensuring no other party accesses your account without authorisation.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring all information provided during registration and profile updates is accurate and complete.
Ticket2u is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of any stated terms.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using the ticket2u platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are located in a jurisdiction where online betting activities are permitted. You acknowledge that your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
Prohibited use of the platform includes, but is not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the platform's systems.
- Creating an account using a false identity or another person's personal information.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity using the ticket2u platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or platform staff.
- Attempting to access unauthorised areas of the platform or attempting to breach our security systems.
- Sharing or reselling account access to any third party.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, and we reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal action.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the ticket2u platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via available local payment methods, including online banking (FPX) and supported e-wallets.
Important information regarding transactions:
- All deposits are final and non-refundable except under circumstances specified by the platform's policy.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to our standard identity verification and security process.
- Ticket2u reserves the right to withhold withdrawals suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity pending the outcome of an investigation.
- Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are as stated in your account section at the time of the transaction.
- You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or charges applicable to your winnings under the laws of Malaysia.
- In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit or debit, ticket2u reserves the right to correct the error and adjust your account balance accordingly.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Ticket2u provides its betting and entertainment platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free of technical errors, or suited to any specific user requirement. To the extent permitted by law, ticket2u is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including the loss of betting funds resulting from game or sports outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, text, graphics, and software code on the ticket2u platform are the exclusive property of ticket2u or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Contact Us
Account Suspension & Closure
Ticket2u reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to verify identity when requested, account inactivity for a specified period, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Balances in accounts suspended or closed due to violations may not be refunded.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform or by email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
